Heroes |
My High School Coach, that man was everything I ever needed for a father figure. Kind, Caring, Goofy, Wise, Intelligent, Patient he truly was a great guy. Still is to this day. The Last Race I ran under him was the mile and I ended up running 5:03, to put that in perspective the first half of that race was ran in about 2:23. I was about 60 meters behind two Trinity High School Runners, which went on to qualify for state. I told myself to slow down that third lap, but I kinda wonder what would've happen if I kept it up. Would I have gone faster, who knows! The Entire time He was telling me "You're really flying keep it up!" Little things like that do mean a lot to young guys like me. |

About me:
Who I'd like to meet:
Anybody really, scene kids and emo people sign me up! I myself don't consider myself such, but I do enjoy the style. I'm twenty-six years old, and usually I'm able to relate to people a lot. Anybody that's up for conversation, hit me up! I like a wide variety of things and enjoy gaming quite a bit. On a more academic note, I like Writing Poems and Sonnets. I usually talk about anything from life lessons, music, films and much more. Using those previous interests, I find it's really easy to engage in deep discussions. Like with something such as "All's quiet on the western front" both the novel and film dissect the common idea it's glorious to fight in wars to become "Heroes." In reality such rhetoric is a lot to get people to enlist to act as their nation's muscle. Anyhow, I also enjoy abstract concepts: like Plato's allegory of the cave. The best way to explain that bit is you have to look at the bigger picture when it comes to anything. Like with people that feed us false information. Instead of believing what we're told perhaps we should venture outside of being comfortable and sheltered. We should seek answers for ourselves, that kind of thing. If anyone is invested into rock or alternative music, then feel free to dm me or comment on a bulletin. I'm sure there's many great conversations to be had along with great music to share.

Sup? I saw your blog post about the new online servers for the Wii and DS. What games do/did you enjoy playing on those consoles? I used to play Animal Crossing on the Wii for literally thousands of hours. I played it regularly from its release in 2008 all the way until the official servers shut down in 2014. I lost so many good friends I made on there when that happened. For the ds I loved all the Pokemon games. I still have platinum, but I had to get rid of heartgold because I needed the money! I plan on getting it again in the future once I get money saved up! For the wii, I loved smash bros brawl for the wii as well as new super paper mario! I even got my best friend from grade school into the games! But yeah, those games hold a special place in my heart! Mainly because heartgold is where I started taking pokemon a bit more seriously, since I was always losing to my friend. I learned about competitive pokemon, which I still watch to this day! I didn't fully get into competitive play until sword and shield though! OO nice! I have always been interested in Pokémon but it never hooked me, problably because I just know that turn based games is not for me. But i've tried with Alpha Sapphire on the 3DS. I still have it so I could give it another go since it's been many years since that came out. If not that I would be interested in trying a new one that release for the Switch 2! HII ur awesome sauce and very sweet yay also whats ur favorite manga?? i only ever read one but i kinda wanna get more into it ^_^ Thanks Clara! I appreciate the nice words! My favorite Manga would either be Bleach or Naruto, both have their unique charm, but I'd say Bleach has the better story. Bleach also has a kinda religious undertone to it. The main characters, the soul reapers, try to cleanse the sins out of evil spirits and stuff. It's really interesting! |
