General	A random act of kindness is a nonpremeditated, inconsistent action. Designed to offer kindness and a helping hand towards the outside world. So, make a difference today and step out of your comfort zone. Take action and help your fellow human being. You will feel the better for it and in the process, give proof to the notion, that there is still hope for humanity
Music	I like listening to all types of music and in those quiets of moments I look within to experience the stillness of it all, to enjoy the Music of the Spheres.
Movies	I like a good adventure movie, mystery and science fiction as well.
Television	I don’t watch much television these days. I have endless amounts of channels and I rarely put them to use
Books	The Book of Life where I am it’s author. Not quite finished with it yet. In the end it will be a best seller
Heroes	I look at my hero every morning when I shave. One hell of a hero indeed !!!
