Clara of Spacehaze	1769417245 Yes, I hate this time of year, spending more time indoors cuz of the weather and the short dark days... I just cling onto the idea of Spring not being too far off, and booking a holiday for mid April, to Spain where the temperatures are in the 20s. Sometimes I'll have a look on webcams at the Coast to see what's occurring and watching enviously as folk saunter along the beach... And of course music is always a tonic! :) Report Comment
Cranky Old Witch	1769382226 Not sire why you have this set to your profile comments, but I'll add thoughts on combating winter depression. I drink more milk, try to be in the sun when it is out, and take D. I try to stay engaged with friends and hobbies. And I 'break up' the winter into dates along the way. "If I can just make it to the solstice, the days will start getting longer again.' If I can just make it to groundhog day, I'll have gotten through January, and Feb is a short month! Winter is almost done, if I can just make it to St. Pat's day, etc. Report Comment So the replies can live forever!
