I have arisen from my tomb... but seriously yeah I decided to not chicken out and actually log back in. I still haven't gotten my hands on House of Leaves (literally) since it's got a huge hold-line at the library but it should slowly come around to being free. There were 6+ people putting it on hold last time I checked (le cry). I can't recall what I have and have not read in the meantime so there's not much I can really recommend back right now. Here's a weird wojak image though! They're taking this dude's ears and I don't know what it means, so I'm just hoping it's absurd and not bigoted. The bird is eating something, which is probably also an ear.
It seems that we actually get updates on blog subscriptions now! Awesome!!! Also the mod team looks a little bigger now. I've been out of the loop with spammer stuff lately but I wouldn't be super surprised if that stuff took time to get rid of.
But yeah I hope you've been well in the meantime too, Gabe! Especially since you've likely entered college now (I haven't checked anyone's blogs as of writing this comment so I might do a double-take later and be like "Oh Shoot! You said that here, sorry!" Lol. Anyway I hope that's been manageable for you so far!). I will probably still be kind of on-and-off the site but I want to make sure I don't go 2+ months offline in the future no matter how busy I get. THE RETURN OF THE KING!!!!! i was genuinely so surprised to see you around, thats crazy! and gl with House of Leaves, i also havent read it but it seems pretty nice from what ive heard! and i also hope the wojack image is not Evil because it pretty silly lmao. i like how absurd some of those memes are, i wish i could study the mind of the people who make them.
