The second I saw your name I was like "Silent Hill 2?!" In water is my FAVE ending and the only one that matters to me lemme tell you i geeked out hard when i saw your comment cus HONESTLY same!! it's definitely the canon ending for me. there are just way too many water motifs throughout and it fits with the overall bleak and tragic tone of the game. like i know silent hill isn't the most cheery IP lmao but even the third game had a more hopeful undercurrent, if that makes sense?? anyway thank you for being friends with me!
