I eat a lot of gluten by the way: I am vegetarian and seitan is made of it. Strange world

Ah yes, I used to be vegetarian, but now I eat emat, however, a lot of the dishes I make just happen to be vegan.Isn't seitan just made by making a dough ball and rinsing and rinsing it until only the gluten strings remain? Anyway, love food and cooking.

You can do the proces yourself indeed, with a doughball that you rinse, idd. Or you can skipp that part of the process, by buying flour that's already rinsed (gluten flour). Fake meat rules mate (but if you're gluten intolerant, seitan is satan) drumms rolling because lame joke
