I live by a relatively simple philosophy of: connection is the source of human joy and happiness; disconnection is the source of human pain and suffering. We must empathise and offer our best selves to the world as often as possible, and release our vindictive nature for something more compassionate. Restorative justice is key; dismantling the countless oppressive systems of our society is only the first step.
