What health issues? Are YOU ok?

There's not much to say. We lost a fur baby, Millie, a few weeks ago, and I'm just a shell since. I've just been trying to keep my mind as busy as I can for the past few weeks, but every time I stop doing whatever, I get thrown straight back into the reality that I cannot face. She's gone. Forever. and a large piece of me with her.

I have crohns and its hard to accept and I've had to rearrange my life because of it.

I'm SO sorry for your loss and I can say, with confidence, that I know exactly how you feel. I was in a dark hole for months after my last baby died. Its hard and I'm not going to tell you it isn't. I can say this though... when I couldn't get through it and had no closure, my friends helped me by coming up with this near idea to release my emotions by buying a balloon (one with helium so it floats) and writing all the things I loved about my cat and everything I will miss and then I let it go at the beach. He was killed almost ten years ago and I'm still in pain over it but thag DID really help. And cry. Cry whenever it feels right. Crying is a great release. *hug*

I'm sorry to hear. One of my old guitarists suffers from it, so I understand how hard it can be to deal with.
It's a beautiful idea, but I got my closure when I kissed her goodbye before burying her. I just need to adjust to the (comparitive) silence in the house, and the one less baby fighting for my lap.
I cried so much the first day, immediately after getting the vet's call, and I tear up every so often, but I can't cry anymore. Cerri still cries about her off and on, and I think I've just stopped so I can be strong for her when she needs me.

I work at an automotive shop. Work is t bad sometimes management are dumb lol. But work isn't that bad :) its when the entitled customers come in that are the highlight lmao we enjoy the show when they go off on the managers lol.

Oh, that's cool!
I've always had a problem with authority, so I know that joy you speak of. I had a manager of a supermarket deny me my xmas bonus years ago, due to my lack of uniform. In fairness, I was wearing New Rocks, but he said they weighed me down and made me slower than everyone else at getting my work done. In reality, I was the fastest and I used to finish out my shift by helping the people who WERE slower to get their quota done. Fucker wasn't complaining about my boots when he had me climbing storehouse scaffolding without a ladder. So, needless to say, I told him to shove his job up his arse a week before xmas surge. Getting to walk out on him when he misjudged me as a pushover, and seeing his sudden realisation, gave me the same joy.

Do you get to do any graphic work there, or...?
