General	Long convos about why people do what they do. Late night thoughts that hit a little too hard. Music that feels like a therapy session. Finding meaning in randomness. Getting lost in the “what ifs” and loving it.
Music	Anything with lyrics that sound like they’ve been psychoanalyzed. Music that says what I can’t always explain. A little melancholic, a little hypnotic, kind of like falling for someone slowly.
Movies	Anything that makes me question reality a little. Psychological thrillers, slow burns, emotional chaos. Movies that stay with me longer than they should. Bonus points if the ending messes me up, in a good way.
Television	Shows that mess with my head or heart, sometimes both. Dark character studies, slow burns, philosophical plotlines. The kind of series you don’t just watch, you analyze. Bonus if there’s a mysterious protagonist with unresolved trauma.
Books	Books that mess with my perception or make me feel seen. Psychology, philosophy, and fiction that hits like truth. Anything that asks more questions than it answers. Bonus if it feels like a conversation with someone I’ll never meet.
