Emilu🪷's Interests

General	I like learning about culture and I also really like marine life! I like drawing and reading and travelling, also meeting new people and making friends! I also really like horror games mainly chilla's arts ones, as well as cry of fear and puppet combo ones too :) If anyone has good recommendations please lmk!! :))
Music	I've recently been listening to Devon Hendryx, Blood Orange, Animal Collective, Odd Future, De La Soul, A Trible Called Quest and Babyfather. I am also really into Bossa Nova/Brazilian Jazz!
Movies	My favourites are Paprika (Satoshi Kon), Noroi: The Curse (Koji Shiraishi), Gummo (Harmony Korine), Jennifer's Body (Karyn Kusama), Hanna (Joe Wright), Black Swan (Darren Aronofsky), The City of God (Fernando Meirelles, Kátia Lund), Romeo + Juliette (Baz Luhrmann)
Television	I recently watched We Are Who We Are and I really liked it! I also really like Smiling Friends and Don't Hug Me I'm Scared if that counts. Normal People is also one of my favourites and I watched Broad City and The Bear with my family recently- it's so good!
Books	I've been reading a lot due to school so my favourites have been White Teeth, China Rich Girlfriend, The Shining and I enjoyed The Secret History too. Graphic novels by Daisuke Igarashi are also so beautiful! I love Children of the Sea and Witches. I've also been reading The Interpretation of Cultures by Clifford Geertz but sometimes the language is difficult to understand (ᵕ—ᴗ—)
