That's gen a hard question because there was a lot of songs that stand out even now, AmEN is a solid choice but I have reasons to looking at Darkside (COUGH COUGH, loop button...). Ludens is definitely on that list because of the fun fact that it was basically made in just a few hours (iirc) & it was easy to replay it a lot, "And The Snakes Start To Sing" is another another great one because I just love the piano on that track! And it's my go-to when I need something classic :]
First real "metal" song is crazy. Maybe if you want to lean more into that, Metallica might be worth trying? Avenged Sevenfold is good too but mixed bag. Some people like it, some people hate it.
