About me:
Aging hipster fails to make friends on the internet!
I was a pretty stereotypical emo/scene kid in the prime of MySpace, and you know what? It was actually not a terrible place for me. I showed off my photography. I honed some graphic design and basic coding skills. I found so many kick-ass musical and visual artists.
This isn't exactly me trying to "re-live the glory days," but it is me trying to re-cultivate the things that I liked about interacting on the internet back then. Things that were important to me. Being creative, sharing deeper ideas, and just being relatively genuine in comparison to what I see as the norm today.
Also I get to use my beloved not-quite-rotating toilet as a background so that's always a plus.
