Ingredientes
2 oz (50 ml) de pisco chileno
1 oz (30 ml) de zumo de limón
0.50 oz (15 ml) de sirope d azúcar
Una clara de huevo
Hielos
Elaboración paso a paso
Inicia tu receta mezclando el zumo de limón y el pisco en una coctelera hasta que se integren.
Una vez se hayan fusionado el pisco y el zumo de limón, pasa a una licuadora.
Vierte el sirope de azúcar y la clara de huevo. Licúa hasta que todos los ingredientes se unan.
Sirve en un vaso con suficiente hielo para que el pisco sour se enfríe.
Decora con unas hojitas de menta.
Ahora estará listo para degustar.
