Movies	the thing(1982)!!! it is genuinely the best horror movie ever made - if not the best movie in general. it holds up as a movie after 40+ years - both in visuals and in story. the special effects are lovely, if very gross at times. the thing designs are very cool, and the distinctive silhouettes really add to that. ring + ringu (american and japanese versions), basically i love horror
