for the love of god, if you just appreciate good music and art, have dreams and smoke weed, we are REQUIRED to be friends! that's all i need in life! let's infodump to each other! hahaha 👍🌿🎵 i'm introspective, down to earth and empathetic. i love coffee and tea (esp matcha), music, art, djing, taking hot girl walks, comedians, comedy podcasts, fashion, retro video games, asian and internet entertainment/culture and good conversations!

HOUSE MUSIC. groovy, funky, techy house all life long: daft punk, ian pooley, mark farina, derrick carter, etc. there's also a permanent spot in my heart for classic rock (led zeppelin is my favorite rock band to date). 60s, 70s, 80s, AOR (adult oriented rock), 90s and early 00s pop/r&b/etc (think anita baker, erykah badu, sade, jill scott, jamiroquai, new radicals, motown...) as well as japanese artists (capsule, nakata yasutaka, SERANI POJI, perfume, towa tei, tofubeats, akina nakamori, tatsuro yamashita, akiko yano, junko yagami...). THIS ISN'T EVEN EVERYTHING LOL. my music taste is all over the damn place!

Movies

idk. do i even have one? there's a good handful of movies that come to mind: the austin powers series is amaaazing as well as the wizard of oz. i love mumblecore movies, horror and ghibli films too! seth rogen, adam sandler movies (don't kill me pls), documentary movies and biopics. stuff like that...

Television

oh my god! anything and everything impractical jokers!! also, a lot of guilty pleasure tlc documentary shows and anime (although my attention span's been going down the drain for it recently lmao). black butler is my favorite, but i love denpa kei (think serial experiments lain, kino's journey) anime, some j/kdramas and anime that doesn't just involve kids going to high school or superheroes and bonus points for adult main characters! haha. also, remember those cool shows on mtv like viva la bam, jackass, scarred, celebrity deathmatch, andy milonakis?? LOVE IT

Books

i pretty much exclusively listen to audiobooks. haruki murakami, yoko ogawa, banana yoshimoto, etc... i like japanese novels/works a lot. manga, webtoons and comics as well periodically. self-help books are nice too.
