Report Comment I had a klutzy moment and my foot slipped off a step when I was climbing some stairs with a load of laundry in my arms. I threw my right arm out to catch myself and my weight all landed on my right wrist. Within 24 hours it was in horrible pain. It was initially diagnosed by x-ray as a fracture, but now the ortho is thinking not so much a fracture. Maybe a bone bruise. Certainly some injury to the soft tissues, and possible nerve damage or inflammation since I now, at about 2 1/2 weeks post-injury, have really excruciating carpal tunnel symptoms. I’m reeeeeeally hoping whatever injury I sustained is a faster-healing one. I was so frustrated and depressed when they said fracture. by felixbobeelix; 1612073027; Report Oh that sounds awful! A month is a great start. I was vegetarian for 3 years and coming up on a year being vegan. I can tell it's the better lifestyle for me. Everytime I ate dairy, my throat would ache and since I've been vegan, sore throats are a thing of the past now. I'm an animal lover too so, there's that.
