About me:

Sexuality: Leather jackets, ripped denim, flannel shirts, and the taste of whiskey and cigarettes on breath when we kiss.

introduction
Avid consoomer of transgressive literature, grunge street photography, and abstract expressionism. Stuck living in a facsimile of the 90s (fuck the 80s) and a collector of cassettes, CDs, VHS tapes, and old rock magazines. City rat. Ex-junkhead. I have an innate interest in paleontology, meteorology and urban planning. An aspiring author (behind months of procrastination) writing a visual novel about punk lesbians and opiate addiction. Surviving off microwave ramen and coffee.I enjoy long deep philosophical ponderings at five in the morning, sitting on the chilly porch with the ever-classic breakfast pairing of cigarettes and coffee, trying to subside the encroaching and crippling existential dread and/or a hangover after a one-night fling. I love overcast and rainy days far more than the sunny ones. The Pacific Northwest will always be my true home.
Not in the least bit religious/spiritual but not enough of a dunce to be an atheist and far too cynical/misanthropic to consider myself a humanist: I'm an absurdist, compatibilist, a moral relativist/subjectivist, utilitarian, neo-urbanist, communal individualist and whatever other convoluted labels you can pull out of your ass.
I am the "post-modern neo-Marxist" that Jordan Peterson warned you about.
Like: Grunge, sludge, crust punk, riot grrrl, hardcore punk (the '80s kind), jazz, d-beat, noise rock, dark ambience, 90's powerviolence, grindcore, stoner rock, doom metal, no wave, industrial, skramz, east coast hip-hop, thrash metal, midwest emo, slacker rock, trip-hop, shoegaze, black metal.
Dislike: Pop, hair metal, folk punk, post-grunge, nu metal, modern cuntry, metalcore, pop punk, emo-pop, djent, easycore, skramz revival, post-punk revival and most modern hip-hop.
Who I'd like to meet:
Anyone who feels like they can understand my cynical, off-beat humor and vibe w/ my existence can friend request me, I promise I'm not nearly as much of a pretentious bummer as my profile makes it seem. Not exactly like we can grab a coffee, but I could use a friend or two. I'm just here because I'm actually old enough to remember/miss old MySpace.
Just between us, here's a picture of my old emo days to appease the hunger of the SpaceHey eldritch gods.
