About me:
Howdy pal! Welcome to my profile! I'm Spain5901 (Previously known as "#1_harrison_fan), do not question the name, it's a long story I'm too embarrassed to tell.
You want to know something about me? Well, I am currently 20 years old... I'm currently a student at the very (Well I hope) prestigious University of Greifswald to study Geology, or "Geowissenschaften" in german. I just started, so I pretty much know nothing yet, wish me luck!. I want to become a Palaeontologist one day :D, But that will take about 5 more years to archive, so wish me luck! I love dinosaurs and everything else prehistoric, even though my favourite time period is the Permian, during which dinosaurs did not yet appear! Since I'm already talking about it, my favourite dinosaur is either the
Shantungosaurus or Monolophosaurus
and my favourite non dinosaurs are either the
Aetosaurus, Gorgonopsids or Basilosaurus
they're all awesome!
I'm also a huge music fan! I love the Beatles and their solo stuff. Someone once said to me that my whole personality are the Beatles, Jojo and Dinosaurs. So you can probably guess what my main interests are haha!
I collect physical media of music, mainly vinyls. I have a blog post where I listed every single vinyl I own with an evaluation of every single vinyl! So check it out if you want :D. (it isn't active anymore, for some reason it doesn't allow me to update that list anymore ;( Oh well it happens)
I also play a bit of guitar :D I'm not the best or even good at it, but I'm learning!

Hello mate. You seem like an interesting person. Dig your profile. The Cambrian period is interesting though my personal favorite would be the Triassic period. It feels like a time where nature really experimented with creating some fun looking animals. Similar to the Cambrian in that regard but a little bigger and more evolved for lack of a better word. :3 |

I haven't watched much jjba yet (only at part 2 siigh), but I love speedwagon he's such a cutie omfg My favorite characters are ofc Joseph joestar (I mean he is like charisma in person), Guido mista (from part 5), Gyro Zepelli (from part 7) and Yasuho (from part 8, she's like a real cutie patotie) hehe. I hope you will love the rest of the part as much as I do! Part 3 will be pretty long and at some points get pretty boring. But once you get to part 4 it will only be hype moments from there! |

Looove billy joel. Heβs in my blood. There was this yr 7 at my school who saw me watching we didnβt start the fire mv and DIDNβT KNOW WHO BILLY JOEL WAS AND HADNβT HEARD THE SONG UNCULTURED 7 YEAR OLDS I SWEAR!! Ahh shame. Fair enough though. The only physical copy I have is a few cassettes Theyβre great and I love them but theyβre not as good as CDs so I usually collect them instead True, but the aesthetic of cassettes are just on another level, like walking around with a sony Walkman is just CRAZY COOL |

You're very right! The triassic is probably the most interesting period out there. I mean not only all the odd animals which appeared in it but also other stuff like the plants or climates. Have you ever heared of the carnian pluvial event? It's really interesting what happened to earth back then. But I gotta say that my personal favorite is the permian

I've heard about the long rain. The Permian period is interesting too. Comparing to the Triassic, the creatures of the Permian seem a bit less diverse in shape however. Though my knowledge of this period is a bit limited.
The Permian creatures are quite alien looking to the animals we have today, as well as the well known dinosaurs, so I definitely understand your fascination with it.

They were indeed less diverse in the permian. I mean the whole planet was pretty much just a huge dessert except for like the poles. So animals had 1 huge biom to populate which they pretty much all did to a global extent instead of the many different which housed many different kinds of species specialised into those many biomes. But I just love how different they were from what we've got today! I mean the whole planet pretty much do a restart after the permian extinction even!
