it makes no difference what men think of war. war endures. as well ask men what they think of stone. war was always here. before man was, war waited for him. the ultimate trade awaiting its ultimate practitioner. that is the way it was and will be. that way and not some other way. |

In another comment, it occured to me just how dead spacehey is. Myspace is an abandoned graveyard, windows93 myspace is an abandoned memorial graveyard to myspace, and this place is a dead and and abandoned copy of a memorial graveyard. It seems to me that we are all vying to be the skeleton king of this dead place. Your profile currently seems in tune with that notion, as it always is with my revelations into the nature of spacehey. it certainly isn’t the bustling common it used to be. i am always surprised to see new users, personally. i wonder where people hear about it now and what context it was discovered. |

If you could summon a fictional being and guarantee that it wins the next presidential election, what would you choose to be president? khorne. blood for the blood god, skulls for the skull throne. I really like both of those answers. |

How do you interact with *chan in this day and age? Most of my former channer friends have slowly moved away from the scene mostly just because it feels less interesting and fresh than it used to. Personally, I think it's a bit of rose colored glasses sometimes, but I only got into chans as a lurker in 2016-17, so perhaps the glory days were before my time. this is a fun one. so, i went to 4 in like 2008 or 2009 from something awful. not sure if you know something awful but it is just a forum, you’d maybe love it. i have been on and off of it since 2004 or 2005. You underestimate me jawrshua. While I have never posted on something awful, I am familiar with the site in general, lowtax, and the influence it has had. ahh, i didn’t mean to underestimate, it’s just not a very popular place anymore. though, i guess there is still a lot of traffic. i like it. lowtax was a wild man back in the day, with his boxing and doom house. i haven’t watched doom/mood house in forever. maybe i’ll throw one of them up on the page or something. been thinking about redoing it anyway. No offense taken. I mostly found it funny to begin my comment with "You underestimate me..." |

Your profile theme is oddly fitting with my perception of the eras of spacehey. You were the sheriff of spacehey when spacehey itself was a wild west with drama discords and the doxxing and the crazy spam accounts starting up. There was a lot of chaos, but in general it was in the background to a real new community building and growing. i really like this take. I'll have you know that I do have some plans to stir the spacehey pot that are not quite near, but not quite far. Not evil though, I'll say. i am very fascinated by the concept. nothing i planned was necessarily evil. then again, i think concepts like that are subjective at best and defined in irrelevance at casual. maybe to someone they’d be evil. maybe we could cook up something villainous together. not like there’s anything else going on. |

Just finished watching POSSIBLY IN MICHIGAN (1983) at your implied recommendation. That sure quite was sumthin. |

Anything on your mind you wanna share with the world? i was genuinely thinking on this for a couple days, trying to think of some sort of insight that you wouldn’t typically glean from a platform like this, and all i really came back to are the classics. which, i suppose, are classics for a reason. |

jawrsh. Time does just keep going, doesn't it? I saw your bulletin the other day and contemplated responding, but I honestly couldn't remember what we had discussed the last time we really spoke. And without remembering what last I had told you about my life, I didn't know where to start. that's the way it goes. regardless of what one does, even if you are to stop, everything will move. Good. A dew of my classes have been real snoozefests so far, but the others have been good and I still have hope that the boring classes will get better once we get past basics. Personal life stuff has been going well in almost all aspects as well. I've got a few things I'm procrastinating on, but I'm not really worried about it. Finished reading neuromancer on monday. Great book. |

What are your long term predictions on the direction of the spacehey platform in the future? mostly, i see it mostly staying like this until an eventually moves onto another project. it'll be left dead at some point. i believe it's the only sensible way it can go, for if it changes too much it will not be this. |

Thoughts on the app? i didn't think i would like it, but i kinda do. it's good for a quick check in on things. i prefer the web version still, and that's fine, there's no reason to drag anyone about doing any of it. it's very clean and easy to use. no real complaints. I think it is a worse way to use spacehey on its own, but I like it as a little notification center. Kinda like using the steam app to add people on the fly instead of asking it to be a mobile gaming app. |

Are you familiar with the dishonored games? I think you would appriciate the arcane and occult nature of the game's world. Have you played all of the dishonored games + dlc, or some subset of the former? What's your favorite level within the scope of the levels you have played? had to go look it up. i think i may have only played the first one, and enjoyed it. although it was over a decade ago, and i remember playing it in my cabin on the 360. that being said, i do have 2 in my library through psn. maybe i will play it over the winter. I highly recommend making sure you play the DLC for dishonored 1 before you play dishonored 2. It isn't strictly required, but it does give good insight into the motivations and histories of the tertiary characters and the main antagonist. Also the DLC for dishonored 2 is basically a sequel to the knife of dunwall and the story that they tell together is very compelling I think. in retrospect, i don’t recall that first one being bugged like other bethesda works. Yeah, that's because arcane is the developer and bethesda is just the pu lisher. They can't get their grubby hands too far of the games that aren't made in house. That said, the day 1 pc port of dishonored 2 was super buggy, but they got it fixed up pretty quickly in the weeks that followed. |
