Authors/Poets Edgar Allan Poe, George R. R. Martin, Oscar Wilde, HP Lovecraft, Ernest Hemingway, John Steinbeck, Shel Silverstein, Robert Frost, and many others. Movies Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory, the Godfather, the Departed, the Crow, Pulp Fiction, the Silence of the Lambs, A Clockwork Orange, the Breakfast Club, Kiki's Delivery Service, and pretty much everything else that has been made by Studio Ghibli. TV Golden Girls, the Office, Riverdale, Game of Thrones, American Horror Story.

I'm just starting a new career in infosec, and I lead a pretty chill and stress-free life with my two lovely cats, Ser Pounce and Prince Paisley Parker. In my spare time, I like to cross stitch, visit record or antique stores (Iβm an avid record collector!), play Animal Crossing, and spend time outdoors with friends or family. When not being suffocated by a global pandemic, Iβm a big time concert, festival, and movie goer. Currently, while trying to keep sane, Iβve been teaching myself German.

Helloooo new friend. Are you from anywhere around Cleveland, by chance? Hey there! And yeah, relatively close right in Youngstown! Sweet. My husband is from Twinsburg. We go at least twice a year and I know Iβve heard of Youngstown! I've heard of Twinsburg! Youngstown is about the halfway mark between Cleveland and Pittsburgh. Despite that, there's nothing really else going on around these parts lol. |

Hi, thanks for accepting my request! what kind of music do you collect? Hi thanks for adding me! And it's more like what I DONT collect/have. I have stuff ranging from smooth jazz, heavy metal, motown, prog rock, classic rock, hip hop, etc. beginning to verge on maybe too many records lol hahah there's never enough when it comes to music! Well, that's quite the music spectrum to move within! like top 3 motown artists? (sign me up for the four tops, smokey robinson & the miracles and diana ross & the supremes in case- even if their 80s output was super cool too!). I've always collected black music over the past 10 years- from soul to funk, boogie, slow jams, etc. Would be eager to learn more about that smooth jazz tip of things you mentioned above ;) your top 3 motown is literally my top 3 love it. I grew up on that sort of music (a lot of funk and motown especially) so that's cool! If you're interested in smooth jazz, this is my fave album: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TG3y1HxhDZM right? Those cats turned everything they'd touch into gold! Love their 60s outputs, even if their best music was released in the 70s! Smokey's "baby that's backatcha" gotta be of one my alltime desert island tunes! Even david Ruffin's and Eddie Kendrick's 70s/80s outputs were so cool too! Again- too many names and titles to be narrowed down into a selected number of faves if you think about it! |
