About me:
(They/She) Artist and YouTuber trying to make the world less shitty through education and understanding of others. I do portraits, I make Silent Hill video game related replicas, I run silenthillcommunity.com, internetkindness.com, and creepyandweirdpodcastcom among other things. I am trying to figure out a way to pay off my student loans before I die but also promote the idea that education and curiosity are useful. Anyway, welcome to Amy's wall of experimental psych ramblings. If you're new here, be sure to buckle up. Vomit bags on the back of the seat in front of you. I didn't choose this role, it was thrust upon me due to circumstances and because I'm insane and have little choice but to read about personality disorders and then feel the need to tell the world about all the personality disorders, my own included (schizoid, probably schizotypal symptoms as well)! We enjoy the British school of object relations a lot here, and we don't hate Freud or Jung. We like Greenberg because she's one of the few who are optimistic about PDs and there is something to be said about that. We love Sheldon Solomon, we don't love Jordan Peterson. Even if you're a doomer, it's good to behave optimistically. Cautious optimism. I like to think Camus would approve.
