What would you consider as "good writing" for films? Now that is a very subjective question. Honestly for me as long as I feel vested in the central character(s) and the story has really good arc and something I can visualize in my mind. To me visuals are a character in itself. That usually is what I'd consider a good story. I've read a lot in my little bit of time here on this tiny blue dot and Bukowski, Poe, Lovecraft, Palahnink, King and good ol' McCarthy are some of my favorites off the top of my head. But, never give up on your dreams if you want to write, write by Troy Scoughton Jr; ; Report Ayyyyyy that's exactly how I feel! Awesome! And if you ever need someone to read your stuff let me know. I love to read. by Troy Scoughton Jr; ; Report Great! I update my blog pretty consistently, so start there, please? Feel free to poke around and leave comments and stuff; a lot of it is from years ago so they're probably really unpolished. |
