Hey! One of my good friends wants to go into writing too, how awesome! Awesome. Tell them to always write and it's a marathon not a sprint. I'm self published and it takes time and a bit of money to get books out this way. It's worth it though :) So cool! Recently he submitted a poem for a contest so I'm hoping he hears back! What helps you when you encounter writer's block? by _Madame X_; ; Report I take a step back and focus on something else. I might go write a poem, watch a tv show play some video games or I try to power through the block. Oooh that's a pretty good way to try to work around that. I might use that for work lol. I get distracted easily or sometimes I am so tuned into something that I lose focus on other things. by _Madame X_; ; Report |
