joe goldberg's Blurbs

About me:

CIAO 21 | university of Chicago. Most of my life exists between the hours of midnight and 4 a.m., usually wandering through brutalist architecture or sitting in rooms that are entirely too quiet. I found this site while looking for something that didn’t feel algorithmically optimized—somewhere that still feels like the old, forgotten corners of the internet. I spend a lot of time collecting out-of-print paperbacks, tracking down obscure ambient recordings on cassette, and watching trains disappear into the Chicago fog. If you value slow conversations, unexplained phenomena, and quiet observation over noise, you’ll fit right in. I AM OF ITALIAN ENTHICITY, my dad is italian, my mom is from US.

Who I'd like to meet:

Nocturnals, archivists, people who collect weird antique objects, and anyone who prefers physical media and long-form letters. Looking for genuine curiosity. Tell me about a place you can't forget, a book that ruined you, or a conspiracy theory that actually makes sense. some matrix shit and stuff.
