I fucking love thunderstorms, sideways rain in a gray sheet outside a window is gods work. Weird little objects, I'm a collector. Urban exploration from a legally deniable distance, ignore the pictures proving otherwise pls. Forests I need somebody else to drive me to. Making everything more complicated and emotional than realistically it needs to be. Getting high and pretending I'm not sad.

Books

Dracula, Frankenstein, The Maze Runner series, Ender’s Game, and anything about monsters, ruined worlds, or people escaping places they were never supposed to survive. Hunger Games, of course.

Wintergirls is a top tier read for me, if you've ever read it I'm sorry. Same goes for Speak by the same author, which I own in paperback and the graphic novel. 

Big fan of Agatha Christie, I have no idea why or when this started, but I own 8 of her books.

I am still reading Speaker for the Dead. “Still” is a flexible word, it's been 4 months.

Project Hail Mary was my top read of the year, hands down. I devoured that book.

I read classics to feel interesting and fiction to avoid reality, I don't want to be me in this world in this life.

I also own an unreasonable number of wildflower guides, bird books, sewing manuals, crochet books, books about ancient egypt (did you know the Egyptians believed the most important thing you could do in your life was die?) and other random nonfiction books. No one asks about those, but one day you will all need me to identify a bird and we will see who is superior to who.
