About me:

Hello! I'm Jake, but you can also call me Silas. I spend most of my time either watching movies, listening to music, writing or dabbling in photography. I enjoy collecting records, cds and dvds. I'm also pretty interested in fashion, and my own way of dressing is inspired by a bunch of different eras/styles. (I particularly like twee and any clothing from the victorian era to the 60s. In general, most things that are considered 'old-fashioned' appeal to me.)
I study sociology, film and religious studies (christianity, philosophy, ethics), and I hope to become an archaeologist or film archivist/historian sometime in the future. Any kind of discussion regarding the subjects that I study is encouraged!! Especially when it comes to religious studies, I'd really like to hear anybody else's beliefs, even if it isn't particularly related to my own studies.
