You really can't add a profile picture? I did it a while ago when I created my profile. At first, it wasn't showing up, but after a few days my profile picture became visible. I hope that helps

If you're saying it won't let you upload a photo, it's probably because of the format or the size of the photo, because the page has a limit that I don't remember right now, sorry.
