I want to explain smth important abt me.

I have BPD so sometimes my emotions can get really intense and it can be hard to deal with me. I’m not receiving treatment yet so I’m still learning how to handle everything on my own. Because of that, sometimes I might distance myself or pull away when I feel overwhelmed. It’s not bc I don’t care, I’m just trying to cope the best I can.
