Movies

i don't watch tons of movies but i really love horror flicks !!! scream is one of my all time faves, i love hereditary, the evil dead franchise, heretic, the vvitch, american psycho, longlegs, the monkey, get out, IT, WEAPONS !!!!

i like other movies too !! like perfect blue, eternal sunshine of the spotless mind, brokeback mountain, the ghibli collection (esp ponyo + porco rosso), the lego batman movie, the knives out franchise, mickey17, the goldfinch, and the holdovers (one of my favorite movies OF ALL TIME !!!!!)

Books

all the books . every book . any book .

i love classics, especially literature and poetry from the romantic and gothic movements !! the 19th century in literature is one of my absolute FAVORITES !! i also really love greek and roman lit (ovid i find especially interesting!) and literature from the middle ages and medieval periods !!!

you don't want to get me started on beowulf...

while i primarily read classics, i do still really enjoy contemporary stuff! i love litfic and really enjoy works in translation as well !! i'm also super into fantasy/sci-fi and horror novels, and have been known to pick up a nonfiction book every once in a while !!
