I once had a nightmare where I was washing the dishes in my kitchen at night. I was looking outside into the darkness and could sense red eyes everywhere out there. I don't know how or why, but I knew that if I even for one second looked at any of the eyes, they wouldn't be out there anymore, they'd have teleported into my house. A pair of eyes moved and I instinctively looked at them, and before I could even register what I had done, the eyes were gone, and I heard running footsteps upstairs coming down towards me before I woke up in a panic. To this day, I can't look out of windows at night because I'm afraid of seeing something out there.
