General

Drawing (traditional or digital), writing stories (well, I'm getting there) and poetry.

There has been things I've been interested for a long time but I never really get into them such as sewing, fashion, cooking, world-building, learning real languages (mostly Amharic but it would be cool to learn others!), conlanging, and D&D (or any TTRPG that catches my fancy). I used to draw comics a long time ago though.

Music

My favorite album is One Hundred Mornings by Windows 96. Genres I generally enjoy are funk, jazz, and vaporwave. Or anything with an energizing, upbeat tune. But I'm okay with gloomy songs too.

Movies

I enjoy comedy or action movies. When I want to watch a movie, I want to feel exhilarated or to relax myself. I do like 2000's movies. They have a certain gritty charm to them, I suppose. Lol Cheesy chick-flicks are my guilty pleasure.

Comedy: Ferris Bueller's Day Off, Click (2006, the jokes were bad though but I liked the message), Storks, Raising Arizona, Kingdom Come (2001), Bill and Ted's Excellent Adventure, Fantastic Mr. Fox, (I feel like I'm still missing more comedy movies I've watched...)

Others: La La Land, Interstellar, Back to the Future, Good Will Hunting, Catch Me If You Can,

Television

I generally watch western-styled animation, although I do dabble in anime.

Steven Universe, Bee and Puppycat, Adventure Time, Infinity Train, Avatar the Last Airbender, Motorcity, Voltron: Legendary Defender (2016), Sym-Biontic Titan, Amphibia, Yokohama Shopping Log, Girls Last Tour, Land of the Lustrous (I haven't read the manga yet, but I am aware of its progression), varies of student films and pilots on YouTube

Live action but The Booth at the End.

Books

My favorite genre is sci-fi, but I do enjoy to read from others. I used to be an avid reader as a kid but I fell off since. Because of this I'm going to put books that I have recently/currently read(ing) or have felt memorable. For some of these books, it's been a while since I last read!
