A simple poem I'd like to share, and a few word vomits 𐔌՞ ܸ.ˬ.ܸ՞𐦯 .

A tightness lives inside, you see, Wired tight, a part of me. It sits right there, a heavy stone, A feeling stuck, I'm all alone. This mess it holds, is loose and strange, A tangled thread, a shifting change. I reach for help, a whispered plea, "Someone, please, just set me free." Like something lost, then found once more, But not the same, I'm worn and sore. Reused and faded, colors gone, Just waiting here, until the break of dawn.

Him. heaven doesn’t mean anything without him. like, people talk about paradise and clouds and angels singing, but honestly? none of that feels real unless he’s in the picture somewhere. because what’s the point of some perfect place if he’s not the one I get to look at? if his laugh isn’t echoing through it? if his stupid smile isn’t the first thing I see when everything else is finally quiet? it’s like every version of heaven they’ve ever described feels unfinished, incomplete, like someone forgot the most important detail. he’s the part that makes it make sense. the warmth, the light, the reason the whole thing would even feel worth it. without him, heaven’s just scenery. background noise. pretty but empty. but with him? god even earth feels holy. even the messiest day feels touched by something higher, something softer, something that feels like “this is where you’re meant to be.” and maybe that’s the whole thing heaven isn’t a place, not for me. it’s a person. it’s him. and the rest of the universe can keep whatever version they believe in. mine starts and ends where he is.
