all i really do is play my guitar and listen to music, so i dont have much to use this space for cause theres designated spaces for that. i like cigarettes too. and cumtown podcast. and calzones.

Music

rymcore /mu/tant nerd. also emo music, not 3rd wave. ask me about 2nd, 4th, and 5th wave emo. i like indie folk, microphones + NMH and anything in between. i like skramz; yaamc, gingerbee, orchid, and the like. i like mwe hella but like actually not fakely (cap'n jazz, brave little abacus, panucci's pizza, old gray, mobo). i like dance punk; gang of four, LCD Soundsystem and the viagra boys type gunk. into art rock but i hate that label, call it post-punk i guess, gimme some slint, geese, BC.NR, black midi, and so on.

Movies

'La Haine' is the best film of all time. all other films are pretty good in comparison. but if i HAD to pick some other ones, id take 'Jeanne Dielman, 23 quai du Commerce, 1080 Bruxelles', 'Stalker', 'The Grand Budapest Hotel', 'There Will Be Blood', 'The King of Comedy', and 'Mishima: A Life in Four Chapters'.

Television

breaking bad, better call saul, and bojack horseman are like my top shows ever (don't call me basic pls pls pls pls). i also just really like sitcoms; 30 rock, curb your enthusiasm, it's always sunny in PA, arrested development, community, seinfeld, parks and rec, and veep are all great.

Books

big clit guy (classic literature, of course). i love james joyce, fyodor dostoevsky, sylvia plath, thomas pynchon, franz kafka, cormac mccarthy, david foster wallace, and more. i could talk about joyce's manipulation of the english language for hours, but also so could anybody who reads one of his novels. anyway i do like books a lot more than im letting on here ask me about more books.
