ZetaGamez's Interests

General

Writing songs that sound like heartbreak in stereo Horror games (bonus points if zombies are involved) Late-night Discord chaos with the real ones DnD (low rolls, high drama, deep lore) Punk rock, alt rock, sad bangers & fight anthems Storytelling — in songs, games, or cinematic lore drops Turning pain into lyrics and trauma into worldbuilding Existential jokes, cosmic metaphors, and coffee at 2AM The art of saying “I’m fine” when you're clearly not Creating characters I’ll emotionally destroy later Falling in love with people I’ll probably never meet Watching the world burn — but in an aesthetic way

Music

If it sounds like a panic attack wrapped in poetry, I’m into it. If it feels like screaming into the void with eyeliner on, even better. My Chemical Romance (still not okay) Bring Me The Horizon (early and new, don’t test me) Paramore (she’s not your emo phase, she’s your origin story) Pierce The Veil / Sleeping With Sirens (for the pain you can sing along to) YUNGBLUD / KennyHoopla / POORSTACY (chaos with a cause) The Used / Taking Back Sunday / Hawthorne Heights Billie Eilish / Halsey (sad girls with sharp tongues) Lil Peep / $uicideboy$ / Night Lovell (trap but make it emotional damage) Motionless in White / Bad Omens / Spiritbox Cavetown & girl in red (for the soft, aching nights) That one playlist you never share because it knows too much

Movies

I like my movies like I like my music — emotional, chaotic, a little bloody, and probably existential. The Crow (pain is poetic, and vengeance is art) Jennifer’s Body (iconic. bisexual. blood-soaked.) 28 Days Later / Train to Busan (zombies but make it gut-wrenching) Hereditary / Midsommar (because I like suffering, apparently) The Perks of Being a Wallflower (for the quiet breakdowns) Donnie Darko (yes, I’ve read theories. yes, I’m still confused) Coraline / The Nightmare Before Christmas (childhood trauma, but cozy) Scott Pilgrim vs. the World (style, music, chaos — peak) The Last of Us (okay, it’s a show, but it emotionally wrecked me) Scream (meta horror is the best horror) Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind (I cried, then watched it again) Everything Everywhere All at Once (because nothing matters, and that's beautiful) I also watch dumb horror flicks just for the kill count, cry at animated movies, and rewatch anything with tragic romance or killer soundtracks.

Television

Shows that raised me, ruined me, or rewired my brain chemistry: The Last of Us (yes, I cried. no, I don’t want to talk about it.) Stranger Things (friendship, trauma, and synths? yes pls) Hannibal (gore, aesthetics, and homoerotic tension) Arcane (animated pain. give Jinx a hug.) Black Mirror (paranoia with production value) BoJack Horseman (sad horse says the things I don’t) Over the Garden Wall (10/10 cozy existential dread) The Midnight Gospel (what even is reality anymore) Chainsaw Man / Jujutsu Kaisen / Death Note (anime = trauma) Avatar: The Last Airbender (Zuko’s arc is therapy) Teen Titans (the OG. you know.) Invincible / The Boys (superheroes but broken and bloody) Daredevil (dark, violent, Catholic guilt = chef's kiss) Bonus points for anything with monsters, mind games, or messed-up found families. If it makes me spiral at 3AM, it’s probably in my top 5.

Books

If it hurts, haunts, or has morally gray characters, I’m in. The Perks of Being a Wallflower (still hits like a lyric you wrote at 16) The Outsiders (stay gold, stay broken) House of Leaves (I got lost. On purpose.) Scythe / Arc of a Scythe (death never looked this poetic) They Both Die at the End (the title lied. I still wasn’t ready.) The Hunger Games (yes, I am still angry) The Song of Achilles (devastation in hardcover form) Goodnight Punpun (not a book, but it broke me so it counts) All the Bright Places (left me emotionally roadkill) The Road (bleak, empty, beautiful) The Catcher in the Rye (because Holden Caulfield is basically punk-lite) Anything by Neil Gaiman (dreamlike trauma, yes please) Poetry collections by Rupi Kaur, Trista Mateer, or indie poets with pain in their pen Also: lyrics as literature, fanfics better than canon, and the occasional forgotten book that felt like it understood me more than most people.

Heroes

Gerard Way – for making sadness loud, beautiful, and unapologetically weird Hayley Williams – for screaming the truth and surviving it Bo Burnham – for turning anxiety into art and silence into a statement Matthew Mercer – for breathing life into characters and giving power to story Ashley Johnson – for Ellie, for emotion, for reminding us games can be poetry Corey Taylor – for rage that bleeds meaning Jinx (Arcane) – because chaos deserves compassion Zuko – for proving you can be broken and still choose honor Ellie (The Last of Us) – for loving fiercely in a world that doesn’t deserve it Vash the Stampede – because choosing peace is the bravest thing Mitski & YUNGBLUD – for the vulnerability, the mess, the human Your Discord crew – the ones who stayed, who saw through it, who mattered Zeta (your alter ego) – the version of you that kept fighting when you couldn’t My heroes aren’t perfect. They’re cracked open, bleeding, and still trying. And maybe that’s why they saved me.

ZetaGamez's Blurbs

About me:

Beamed in from a dying star, now just vibing on Earth until further notice. I collect regrets like they're Pokémon cards, but at least my music taste is elite. Still waiting for someone to make life feel like a late-night AMV. Let’s be strange together. Just a human mixtape of punk lyrics, unfinished dreams, and chaotic energy. I post like it’s 2006 and love like it’s a doomed side quest. If you still believe in ghosts, soulmates, or scene hair, we’ll probably get along.

Who I'd like to meet:

The ones who feel too much and still choose to stay soft. Gamers who scream during horror games and laugh through the trauma. Writers who bleed through their keyboards and call it art. People who treat friendship like family and loyalty like religion. The ones who never grew out of their scene phase, still believe in ghosts, and live like every heartbreak deserves a soundtrack. If you’ve ever cried to a punk song at 3AM, welcome home. Also, these legends: Gerard Way – for the eyeliner, the emotion, and the chaos. YUNGBLUD – for screaming the truth and not giving a damn. Hayley Williams – obviously. Punk rock royalty, raw and real. Jenna Ortega – horror queen, goth muse, 10/10 vibes. Bo Burnham – because nobody writes pain like he does. Corey Taylor (Slipknot/Stone Sour) – screams like your nightmares, writes like your journal. Robert Smith – for when the heartbreak gets cosmic. Matt Heafy (Trivium) – for metal riffs, nerd energy, and discipline. Ashley Johnson (Ellie in The Last of Us) – because emotion in games matters. Matthew Mercer – Dungeon Daddy of all time. You get it. Your future bandmates, soulmate, and Discord ride-or-dies. You know who you are. Or maybe you’re still on your way here.
