Who I'd like to meet:

My Lord and Savior Jesus Christ when it’s my time to depart from this world. Jesus loves yall and Jesus saves I love praying over people in my life regardless of if we speak or not. I like making sure people are doing ok, and people are doing well. It makes me happy to see people I care about happy and I pray that God can be in their life. I noticed God has personally worked wonders in my life and I’ve gotten closer to God in the past couple of years of my life. The miracles God has performed in my life has shaped me to the person I currently am today. I give all my praise to God for who I am and will become as God is everything in my life. I pray that me and my loved ones may live a blessed life. (Luke 6:20-23 NIV)

5 things I’m extremely grateful for:

1.) that I’m alive
I should be dead statistically, there’s many things recently that could’ve and should’ve killed me. Yet I’m alive, and healthy and well, and man Life is such a blessing man. A lot of people take life for granted but life is beautiful even the shitty parts of life. Even the boring repetitive and mundane parts of life are a blessing.

2.) that God has given me excellent health.
As I’m currently in the medical path, I see a lot of people with poor health. And I feel sad for people. I see a lot of people with hemodialysis, a lot of people with diabetic patches, a lot of people who have cardiac pacemakers, stoma tubes, permanent dependency on Nasal Canuals etc. that’s not even including the dying people from stuff like myocardial infarctions (heart attacks), terminal cancer, massive pulmonary embolisms, strokes, severe injuries etc. man when I see stuff like this, I am extremely grateful all of my organs are working, I am extremely grateful that I’m a healthy 20 year old male, I am every grateful I’m not in a hospital right now. I’m very grateful I’m not dying of a degenerative disease, I’m very grateful I’m not walking and suddenly I’m dizzy or short of breath and next thing you know I drop dead. Damn man health is so under appreciated and a massive blessing from God.

3.) the people I care about in my family, my pets, my loved ones are alive and healthy.

4.) I have a massive heart towards people
I used to as a young child believe empathy and compassion was a fatal weakness. I used to not be emotionally attached to people at all younger age, but now at 20 it’s a blessing to feel. I feel deeply towards my family, towards my pets, towards my ex girlfriend, towards my friends, etc. I feel good things about them, I feel bad things when bad things happen to them, I appreciate these people, I treat them with upmost respect, I am grateful for these peiple, I pray over these people, etc. I always have a permanently open heart towards these people and never am “done” with these people. I am extremely patient and extremely understanding and calm with those I care about, I have a sense of permanent care, patience, and unconditional love and respect towards these people. ~90% of my prayers ever are towards these people. On certain people who I have a extremely close bond with now or then (example my pets and my ex girlfriend) their pain is literally my pain and I feel deeply towards these people and if they’re happy I’m happy and if they’re hurting I’m hurting. I am grateful god made me a personal who feels deeply towards people if it’s positive or painful.

5.) that I have a great and happy relationship with my family and I get to see my family multiple times a week now despite moving out of my home.

HM: the trajectory of my life
I’m very happy of the trajectory of my life lately that God has given me. I’m very happy that I’m growing exponentially over the past 12ish months. I’m very happy that the WORST time of my life is long gone
(February 2025 to ~February 2026), I’m very happy that lately I’ve been growing from my mistakes, I’m very happy that I’m learning key character traits I’ve needed to learn as a child, im grateful God made me stfu and listen and be humbled from any sense of entitlement or self centeredness that I’ve had as a child. I’m glad that I’ve been proving my inner critic wrong and doing things I NEVER expected me to do. And for the first time of my life feeling like I’m not XYZ (negative thing peers said about me as a child) and growing REAL competency that I have grown. I’m happy about this

Some recent advice I learned:

Not every disrespectful thing people do needs a response by you and shouldn’t ruin your day

When I was younger I used to get extremely angry and ruin my entire day over trivial disrespectful things like people saying mildy insults, people cancelling plans without notice, my parents not being honest about something, etc

Even fairly recently where I wouldn’t get mad but have it ruin my entire days like people cutting me off in traffic, or stepping on my shoes, or just being a dick for no reasons

But today (and I think I put a repost about it in mild frustration idk) I was late due to getting stuck in traffic because some idiot in a Lexus boxed me out of a turning lane making me stuck in traffic. And normally I would be pissed but today I was like nah. And I didn’t let that minor inconvenience ruin an amazing day that I had in very happy that I didn’t let a small thing take away peace because of a minor disrespectful thing somone did
Life is better in my opinion when small things don’t make you angry or ruin your day.
I’m very happy that over the past 6 months this is a skill that I’ve practiced a lot lately in my day to day life.

Of the best things I’ve learned in my adulthood is to walk away from unnecessary confrontation with strangers or angry men and don’t let unnecessary conflict out of ego.
As an adult confrontations only lead to violence, jail, or death.

Like someone tells me something insulting unprovoked
would go off and either fight this person or argue with this person when I was younger.
Now I don’t even acknowledge insults at the moment as nothing good comes from unprovoked anger as an adult.
However if someone puts your hands on you that’s always a warranted fight

As an adult, there’s real life consequences to confrontational being level headed is probably one of the best things you can do as an adult especially in today’s world where ragebait culture as at an high time high.
Walking away from violence and apologizing if you’re the provoking party, or not acknowledging someone trying to provoke you is one of the best things you can do emotionally as a man.

Top 5 things I LIKE about myself:

1.) The way I treat people currently.
If there’s one thing I like about myself lately is how I treat people. Lately I’ve gotten a lot of compliments I used to not get because I listen well unlike me in the past. I treat people with respect and say yessir and yes maam, I hold the door for people, I defend people who need to be defended etc. I believe my parents raised me to be a respectful and respectable man
For the average person I’m very respectful towards them and treat them with respect
For the people I interact with in medicine I have massive empathy for them. Even though I don’t get squirming or shock when I see extremely violent or gross things, I have deep empathy towards people.
I show extreme empathy towards those I care about such as my immediate family, my pets, my friends, and my ex girlfriend despite not speaking in a long time.
I love this trait of empathy towards people I’m also very happy how I’m not quick to anger nor hotheaded too and always keep every interaction very respectful.

2.) I like my intelligence
I love living my life with a curiosity towards things. I’m not a genius, I’m someone who’s just curious and likes to think a lot. I’m very grateful that I’ve developed emotional intelligence massively over time and I do believe NOW this is the biggest new asset God has blessed into my life.

3.) the rate of improvement of my life

4.) the ability to joke (when appropriate) about darker topics or bad circumstances.
I’m gonna be honest, this keeps me from being extremely depressed and nihilistic as the world is fairly dark. So I make jokes and have a pretty darker sense of humor since it keeps my mind a lot off of things that I’d feel hopeless about. However as I’ve gotten older, I’m no longer carefree as I was when I was younger and a LOT more appropriate with my humor.

5.) my resilience
I’ve been dealt a EXTREMELY rough hand in my life over the past 18ish months and never had a true break at all. I’ve been having wave after wave of adversity and bad things happen. Some of them annoying setbacks and others life altering traumatic events that massively affect me to this day. Regardless, I’m very happy and grateful of the life I’m currently living and the trajectory of my life. I see it similar as the book of job with adversity and not losing faith.

My top 5 fears:

1.) losing someone I’ve already lost
(Fear of forgotten, fear of door being permanently closed)
This is the biggest fear that keeps me up at night for over a year most nights.

2.) brain injuries
I fear brain injuries more than death especially from car accidents, falls, or hypoxia ESPECIALLY diffuse anoxial injuries grade III.

3.) cancer and degenerative diseases

4.) being kidnapped again or being in another violent crime

5.) anything bad happening to any of my pets or family members

Things I don’t fear (surprisingly)

1.) death
I don’t fear death, as death is a factor I can’t control and only God does. I can only mitigate death by not doing dumb shit & taking care of my health. I want to live a long life and a very healthy life

2.) violence and seeing others die
I’ve already seen things almost immediately on my ambulance ride outs, so this doesn’t really phase me and realistically this is a every day occurrence for the career path I want in emergency medicine

3.) rejection
Rejection feels like shit, but I have next to no fear in rejection. I at times can be hesitant as I like the best odds possible and wait. But I don’t fear if I get rejected or not. If I want a job, I find someone interesting, etc. I simply will approach them or apply, I expect nothing tbh and as a result I have almost no fear. However I admit, it doesn’t feel good being rejected especially if they never even responded.

4.) failure
I used to have a massive fear of failure when I was younger, but failure in inevitable in anything you do. As a result, i stopped fearing it as much when I started college. I expect failure but use it as a learning process. It’s extremely unrealistic to expect you’d get EVERYTHING right the first try, people me and you make mistakes it’s what we do from it that matters most.

5.) being judged or validation
This kinda came with time. I knew majority of my life I wasn’t that liked by people and most (~80%) of people I interacted with really disliked me. Some reasons valid at the time, many reasons I believe was due to being autistic and poor social skills at the time. As a result, I’ve been starved of social validation for nearly 20 years so as a result I stopped giving a shit what people think about me as statistically it’s extremely unlikely I’d see ~99% of people again. And why would I try to impress people that don’t like or respect me .
(Noted this is about the GENERAL public. I DO CARE deeply about the specific people I care about and their opinions of me (example family, closed 3 friends, ex girlfriend)
I’m just unapologetically myself, respectful as possible, and fairly honest and unfiltered unless in a professional setting.)
