Movies

deadpool, spiderman, venom, my moots got me into kpop demon hunters. transformers: rise of the beasts (2023) and all the monster high movies for my 2000s alt and scene nostalgia kiddos out there. barbie and oppenheimer when those came out. the fnaf movie. Kickass Chewy Chocolate Chunk Cookies that Imo Has the Ideal Cookie Texture (get all u cripsy cookie lovers out of here, theres the door / lighthearted)

You're gonna need:

- a bar of chocolate, whatever u like / have

- 2 1/4 cups of (probably use all purpose) flour

- 1 teaspoon of baking soda

- salt if you're kinky like me

- 1 cup (yes, two sticks) of butter

- 1 cup brown sugar

- 1/2 a cup granulated white sugar

- 2 eggs, preferably from a chicken

- at east 2 teaspoons vanilla extract, but lets be so honest: i measure with the soul

ideally you have a working oven, and cooking stuff like trays and bowls and spoons and a mixer.

You're gonna:

1. Chop the chocolate bar up into chunks, or break it or do whatever. I did American dime sized peices, uneven is ok.

2. Soften (not melt) ur butter in a big bowl and beat it with a stand-mixer or a handmixer or whatever till its creamed n fluffy. Add both sugars and cream it all together.

3. Add ur eggs and vanilla. Mix together till everyone knows everybody and add ur dry stuff a little bit at a time. I did 1/2 a cup scoops.

4. It gets pretty thick because it's dough, and it should be a little sticky/tacky but stick to itself still. Add your chocolate. Probably don't eat raw, sad i know. But raw flour n eggs are bad for you and I live in America so hospital ain't cheap. You dont wanna go out like that anyways.

5. Optional but you can chill your dough in the fridge for at least like 30 minutes and it's supposed to make the flavors stronger I think? I did two batches before and after chilling and they tasted abt the same, but if you do decide to chill ur dough, don't bake it while it's still cold and hard as a rock or it's gonna come out kinda dome shapedn and kinda crispy in my experience.

6. Bake at 350 for about 12 minutes on a tray lined with baking paper, give em like 1-2 inches apart cus they spread out, and they should flatten a bit more as they cool.

7. Boom. Chewy af. Unlike chips, you get bigger and smaller pools of goey chocolate. Now your whole house smells like chocolate chip cookies, and you have 1 bowl and ur measuring cups and your mixer to wash. I guess a spoon too. I ate doing dishes so thats nice.

I need to read the TF2 comic and johnny the homicidal maniac... and invader zim i only saw one of the newer movies.
