I used to devour books instead of do literally anything elseβeat sleep pee talk to anyoneβuntil I got a brain injury when I was a teenager and now I can barely focus on anything for a substantial period of time; let alone a white page. It hurts my soul so I write rough drafts for books I want to read, then never finish anything because I have the crippling flaw of beating myself down until I give up everything that makes me happy bc I never felt loved by my parents as a kid so I can only have nice things if I actually feel as though I earn or deserve them.. a cycle of punishment. |

So - Chinese Evergreen are super happy in low light. You could almost put them in a dark corner and they'd be happy! They DO need humidity though so mist them every few days, or move them to somewhere like a bathroom where there's water in the air. |
