Books

Junji Ito series — horror that’s unsettling, detailed, and stays in your head long after you read it. Osamu Dazai — especially No Longer Human; dark, introspective, and emotionally heavy in a very honest way. I like books that are disturbing, reflective, or psychologically deep rather than surface-level stories. I’ll also read romcoms when something lighter (or a little spice) is needed.

Heroes

Heroes Malice Mizer — huge influence for me, especially the visuals, atmosphere, and overall aesthetic. late-night gyaru magazines I randomly find while scrolling online — a lot of my style inspiration comes from them. Kubz Scouts — been watching for a long time, just entertaining and familiar. Tokio Hotel — especially for the emotional, dramatic vibe in their music and visuals. DDR — more of a constant than a “hero,” but it’s a big part of my energy and how I like to spend time.
