About me:
I am a pretty cool guy I like Half life, Tf2, Gmod, 80s music, Synthwave music, Frutiger aero, The Backrooms, and a bunch of other stuff. Here's a backrooms level I made recently
Level 717 - "The Echoing Resort"
Level Classification: unsure
Difficulty: 2/5
Survival Rate: Moderate
Entity Count: Low (but deceptive)
Recommended Gear: Ear protection, salt, flashlight, non-reflective clothing
Description:
Level 717 resembles a massive, infinite seaside resort frozen in time, permanently locked in twilight. The hallways are lined with faded, tropical wallpaper, peeling slightly at the edges. Fake palm trees sway even though there’s no wind. Soft bossa nova music plays on loop through unseen speakers, echoing strangely throughout the empty halls.
The floor is a damp, sand-colored carpet, occasionally covered in real patches of sand. The air smells like sunscreen, sea salt, and something... sour. Doors line the hallways, labeled with room numbers that make no sense (e.g., Room X7H, Room 404-∞, Room Pool.exe). Some lead to empty hotel rooms, others to indoor pool areas, and some to nowhere at all.
Key Features:
The Infinite Pool Deck: A massive open-air pool area stretches into the foggy distance. The water is still and glassy. Occasionally, something swims underneath — but only visible through reflections.
Reflection Rules: Mirrors and water surfaces
Who I'd like to meet:
If I were to meet someone it would be the band members of the group Korine
