Greetings, I would like to offer a brief overview of who I am, I’m Martin. I’m 18 years old, 182 cm tall, and weigh 97 kg. I’m passionate about strength training and fully dedicated to building muscle and chasing personal records — especially on the bench press (200 kg, I’m coming for you). I train almost every day, following a Push-Pull-Legs routine, and I’m always searching for ways to optimize both progress and recovery.

My interests span biomechanics, performance optimization, philosophy and the psychology of self-improvement. Beyond training, I engage thoughtfully with ideas, value introspection, and strive for continual advancement—both physically and intellectually.
