Mnemie's Interests

General	I'm currently undergoing a BAPSY degree. Academically, I'm interested in many disciplines such as psychology (obv), philosophy, history, mythology, and theology. As for hobbies, I like to paint/draw, cook/bake, listen to music and go for long, evening walks. I HAVE AQUIRED A NEW LOVE THIS JULY: roller skating and doll making
Music	I'm an absolute 80s hard/glam rocker. I love listening to hard rock, glam rock/metal, heavy metal, and occasionally I'll listen to psychedelic/grunge rock (I'm still exploring more bands). I've also started listening to more goth music bands like Siouxsie and the Banshees, London After Midnight, The Cure, Sisters of Mercy. My top 3 go-to-bands are Bon Jovi, Queen, and KISS.
Movies	I like watching 20th century movies. I love the classic and silent black and white films to the trashiness of 80s movies (I don't mean bad trashy, just nostalgic vibes even though I didn't exist then). Books	I used to be such a big book worm though but '22, I've started reading less and less and now I'm reduced to a book collector T~T. As for genres, I prefer any fiction book so long as its main premise isn't romance (I'm looking at you, Coleen Hoover). As for non-fiction, I prefer any so long as it's in my areas of interest.

Hi, I'm Mnemie- short for Mnemoira. This name means a lot to me since it's a combination of my favourite Greek Titaness, Mnemosyne, and the Moira, which are the 3 Greek goddesses of fate. It's because I want to understand myself more in this world and I want to understand other people, the purpose and point of humanity, religions, beliefs, biases, the point of existence and meaning, and many more. Of course, like many people before or currently like me, I haven't scratched the surface and that's what makes things enjoyable. I hope to meet wonderful people who'll understand me and I'll understand them ♥
