- what is age regression? 

-> age regression is a coping mechanism where one’s mind reverts to a younger state, this state can vary from teenage years (for example: 13-18) to infancy (0-1). in this state person feels mentally younger than their actual age. people use age regression for many reasons: trauma coping, to escape from adult life and stress but some people regress simply for nostalgia and fun which is completely valid too! age regression can be both voluntary and involuntary, depends on a individual. age regression is safe, healthy and supported by therapists!! age regression looks different for everyone, it is often associated with pastels and pink but i think it’s important to remember that age regression is not ,,aesthetic”. for me personally, i regress with nostalgic things and liminal spaces make me feel small and safe but that’s just one example. some may play with toys, some like colouring, some watch old cartoons and so on. age regression is a completely valid and healthy coping mechanism that saved and helped a lot of people.

Books

to be honest not much of a reader but i'm trying to change that ^^; but i love most comic books, i absolutely love manga and manhwa too!! but if we’re talking books like with long words and stuff I’d have to say words on the bathroom walls!!
