Anything Wes Anderson (though admittedly I have yet to watch Asteroid City) Cartoon Saloon, and LAIKA Studios makes, and honestly, anything animated I'll likely enjoy for the art if not the story/writing itself. Spider-verse, HTTYD 1-2, Wolfwalkers, Ghibli films like Princess Mononoke and Kiki's Delivery Service, Puss and Boots 2, Perfect Blue, Paprika, Flow, etc etc.
Entering the misc category: EEAOO, American Psycho, Nosferatu (2024), Bottoms, Blade Runner, Lady Bird, Baby Driver, Sinners, The Witch (I'm a huuuuge nerd for Robert Egger's work in general ngl but The Witch will always be my fave. Absolutely insane debut film).

Television

Neon Genesis Evangelion, Kipo and the Age of Wonderbeasts, Hilda, Bob's Burgers, Steven Universe, Dungeon Meshi, BoJack Horseman (though I will under no circumstances be rewatching it LOLLL), Breaking Bad, Interview With The Vampire, Arcane, Regular Show, The Amazing World of Gumball.
Ngl TV is how I relax at the end of the day so I'm mostly consuming cartoons. I will eventually watch Twin Peaks for the sake of my bud Eli

Watership Down, The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo, Dracula, The Gulag Archipelago, The Virgin Suicides, All Creatures Great and Small, Warriors, Wings of Fire (had to throw in my childhood faves sorry), some manga (Love Bullet, Dungeon Meshi, Chainsaw Man), Laika's Comet.
