Tbh i js know the basics !! its kinda hard to understand but i think that watching videos about it can help u to understand/learn it!! Personally when i started piano, i watched tutos on tik tok about some easiest songs to play on piano and now (since i know to notice which note is do or re or sol and that i can play some easy song) i watch some videos about music notation!!
(not the best method tbh but it motivated me to learn music notation since i know play piano!!!!
