Hey, thanks a lot! Really appreciate it. I'm into post-punk too, though my taste is more on Molchat Doma and Lebanon Hanover for now. KINO sounds awesome—might have to check them out soon! What other bands do you recommend? :D

The Decade of Effort 10th anniversary album by Blind Seagull is pretty good IMO. Their music gets called all sorts of things, like Sovietwave, but post-punk is definitely an apt descriptor. That being said, the gold standard is KINO. They were huge in the 80's and 90's and their lead singer, Viktor Tsoi, was featured in movies and on TV. He had a huge cultural presence. Their music is ICONIC for the time period and, if this makes sense, was the soundtrack of the fall of the Soviet Union and the Constitutional Crisis in Russia. As for specific songs, check out Апофеоз Тоски - Лифт, Дурной Вкус - Пластинки, and Где Фантом - Чужая жизнь, esp if you already love Molchat Doma.
