About me:

Heyoo! I'm Katherine, a business student who is struggling through her 20s. I'm also a "designer" and make logos, websites, and marketing materials as well as provide consulting services for small businesses. I currently manage a small used bookstore in a small midwestern town. I moved here just about 3 years ago to live with my long distance boyfriend. When I’m not chronically online, you’ll find me playing PokemonGo, watching movies, or learning new things. I'd love to make some new friends :)

Who I'd like to meet:

So what do I do? Honestly just work, study, and sleep. I am studying for my Associates in Business Administration (mostly because I'm stubborn and didn't get to graduate in 2020 because of Covid)(get this though I joined an online college so I wont be graduating anyways) and am hoping to use my degree to provide consulting services for small businesses in addition to providing graphic design services or starting a business of my own. The bookstore I run hired me about 2 years ago when I was on a gap year (or two) and basically asked me to get their shit together. I successfully managed to increase their sales by at least 3k a month. Unfortunately, the owner wont pay me what Im worth and doesnt see me as a worthy investment, but eh- he was the one paying out of pocket to keep his store open. I will probably quit eventually and move on to new employment but for now I get to use the bookstore for trial and error.
