Heroes

The Mercenary in Identity V, which is a character named Naib Subedar He is a retired Gurkha mercenary from Nepal who used to work for the East India Company. Naib is known for his agility, endurance, and combat skills. Despite his slight frame, he is disciplined and brave, embodying the Gurkha spirit. Naib wears a skin-tight black shirt with a white collar, tattered sleeves, torn black trousers, combat boots, and grey fingerless gloves He also has leather elbow pads that give him a brief speed boost when he propels himself off obstacles or walls. Naib is a Rescue-Type Survivor who can take more damage than other survivors due to his elbow pads. His abilities include a Dash Hit boost when he uses his elbow pads to propel himself off walls, making him faster at vaulting. However, his decoding and healing speed are slower compared to other survivors. Naib's backstory reveals that he became tired of the bloodthirsty life of a mercenary and sought a different kind of thrill in the dangerous game of survival. His character adds depth and complexity to the game, reflecting his past experiences and his quest for a new purpose.
