Music

I venerate and revere music, and I couldn't tire of endlessly declaring my love for it; I adore exploring it and falling into the eternal spiral which is the vast vortex that music is, will ever be. My favourite genre is largely classical, but I enjoy and cherish many varieties of pop music as well. Movies

No Country for Old Men, Shawshank Redemption, the Proposition, A Space Odyssey; my taste isn't very varied in either cinema nor television, and I didn't really have much chance to really dig deep into it.

Television

I once dropped a television on my foot while trying to spin and gyrate it like a basketball. That didn't teach me and I did it again.

Books

Literature, especially poetry and epic novels, occupies to me, the same summit as the one enjoyed by music. I love literature and I love language and I love the written word in general, especially one that seeks to be as grand and as encompassing as would be within its scope; or, unconventional and jarring but beautiful all the more for it, like some thing of a jagged, roughened beauty. I also love philosophy, and I think an appreciable understanding of philosophy, if possible, should be undertaken by everyone. The universe and its starfuls of mysteries is a simultaneous wonder and terror to behold, and that everything is, and the excavation of its mysteries could only be humbling. As Plato said, all philosophy begins in wonder. Eliot •‡• Homer •‡• Franz Kafka And many more. You can take this as the sign that this is where I got bored while writing this out.

Heroes

People of no note or celebrity who do kind deeds. And besides, most of my heroes are DEAD.
