SkullWithSkin's Interests

General

Huge TTRPG lover. Especially love old school design philosophy and genres that range from Mothership (Sci-fi Horror) to more traditional heavy fantasy/role play like DnD.

I am an avid enjoyer of anything horror but my main passion is in puzzles and ciphers so if you are also interested in such things I may post some on my page publicly some time in the future!

I am currently attempting to get into cybersec as well if that is a springboard for discussion. Though be warned that I am not too well versed as I am currently still learning.

As an aside, I also have interest in philosophy and science so I'd love to hear about new stuff to read regarding those subjects!!

(Still meaning to get into Eddington some time)

Music

Regarding music taste, I tend to enjoy orchestral and symphonic more than other genres but I have been working on broadening my taste so I am very open to other musical discussion/recommendations!

For an informal list of my top composers in order, I'd probably list:

- Bach

- Bottesini

- Schubert

- Chopin

- Rachmaninoff

- Debussy

- Beethoven

- Strauss

- And most classical composers that range from the baroque era to more contemporary stuff honestly (not very big on most Tchaikovsky pieces but do love Swan Lake)

For more modern stuff I'd say artists in the vein of:

- Keygen Church

- Al Bowly

- Tom Lehrer

- The Caretaker (EatEoT was my god in high school)

- I listen to metal occasionally but probably not as cultured as most on here

SkullWithSkin's Blurbs

About me:

Heyyy!!!

I'm a newer user to the site but hopefully the disorganized profile isn't too unappealing. I'm out of Canada and reallly into mystery, computers, horror, and puzzles! I do also like boomer shooters if that's something you'd want to know lmao.

Also this is my only social media other than maybe letterbox so if you want other socials to see what I do day-to-day, you're out of luck.

Who I'd like to meet:

After looking at the profiles of many SpaceHey users I can certainly see a pattern of many younger people, so preferably anyone who is above the age of 18 but other than that, anyone with some interesting discussion!

If you see any special interests that we share on my profile I would love to discuss them as while I do love getting new perspectives, sharing like-minded opinions within sub-culture is somewhat of a guilty pleasure I indulge in time-to-time.

As an aside, I tend to veer away from most modern political talks at-length but will engage with them as they are relevant to anything contextual within a given topic (just so long as the whole conversation doesn't dwell within said territory for tooo long) so if that is a deal breaker than I certainly understand.
