I love slow, sentimental, quiet films. Cinematic art pieces— and I’m thinking Wong kar-wai style,,— have my whole heart ^_^ I’m looking to expand my knowledge of movies, so recs are more than welcome! P.S. I love taking movie screen caps

I mostly watch anime and a few asian dramas here and there! Themes involving horror (especially psychological), mystery, cyberpunk, and anything dystopian are my fav. I also fw body horror and religious symbolism in media HEAVYYY

other than the mangas I mentioned above (additionals include sakamoto days, sachi-iro no one room, blame!, to your eternity, oyasumi pun pun, etc.), I have a decent obsession w classic literature. you know.. authors like franz kafka, osamu dazai, albert camus, fyodor dostoyevsky… the works (you’d think, very typical of the average bsd fan, but no, it all started w the hit game ALTER EGO!!!)
